Ladies have been cautioned against the use of
fairly used under wears such as bra and pants.
A dermatologist, Dr Ayoola Adeyemi, gave the
warning, arguing that since the health status of
initial user cannot be ascertained, women
should desist from buying them.
According to the doctor, ladies patronizing such
wears could be exposed to bacterial infections,
adding that it would be advisable for individuals
to desist from buying used pants and bras.

“Some bacterial infections could occur when we
use fairly used panties because the health
history of the initial user was not known.
“Skin rashes, eczema, syphilis and other
bacterial infections may occur,” she said.
