Chocolate City boss Audu Maikori as sued Kaduha State Governor mallam Nasir El-Rufai for gross violation of his human right.
In a suit Title (FHC/ABJ/CS/385/17) filed by his lawyer Bellasons Chambers at the federal high court Abuja on May 16,2017,seeking damages to the tune of 10 billion naira.
We gathered from a reliable Source that ,the suit came before the trial judge Hon. Justice John Tsoho on Tuesday , May 16, 2017. Maikori is praying the court to enforce his fundamental human right against harassment and undue intimidation by the Kaduna state government, the state governor mallam Nasir el-Rufai and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF)

Recall that the chocolate city boss was arrested by the Nigerian Police force on charges of incitement ,base on petition by the Kaduna state government
He was later released and discharged on bail ,of any complicity by the police force headquarters.
He was however re-arrested by the police and was whisked to Kaduna, after governor El-rufai publicly swore to arrest him.He was arrested during the social media week 2017.
Maikori was detained in Kaduna for four days before being charged to a state magistrate court
He was later granted bail on medical grounds.
