Premier League club Liverpool have given themselves a good hope of qualifying for next season's UEFA Champions League after beating Watford 1-0 on Monday, May 1, 2017.

Emre Can's superb bicycle kick in the 45th minute gave Liverpool the victory as they maintain their third position on the Premier League standings.

The hosts threatened at the death, and they would have secured a point in the match, but their best chance was missed by Troy Deeney who found it difficult to beat Liverpool goalie Simon Mignolet as the Reds won 1-0.
