It’s no doubt that we are in a highly sexualize world .Most people are interested in the exhibition of their sexuality with no remorse to ages, places, time and cultural limitations.
An average Nigerian lady want the guy out there to know how beautiful she is, through her repeatedly outfit worn of which most these outfits often portrays nudity (exposure of boobs or tight). The guys too want to prove to ladies that they got the swags, they wears rags, or sag and call it swags. Guys purposefully wears body fitted cloths just to make statements to ladies of how sexy or built
The media and the social network are the homes and promoters of sexuality.90% of hip pop music (both audio and audio visual) which is the most subscribe to all over the world now dwells in club lyrics and beat. If you want to catch people’s attention and draw crowd to your page on social media, just talk about sex.
People now makes ends meet through sex, you will all agree with me that prostitution is not new in Nigeria. Students gets marks through sex. In some organization sex is the determinant for employment, recruitment and promotion. Some ladies or guys even see sex as a tool for defence or attack. In fact in this 21st century SEX is fast becoming a religion.
With all the praise singing, attribution and fact given to sex in this write-up .A reasonable and right thinking person whose thought is void, free and clear of sentiment and bias but endowed with objectivity and clear thinking will agree with me that my first four paragraph is force to be reckoned with as far as SEXUAL PRESSURE is concern .
We are all prone and vulnerable to sexual pressure including pastors and Imams who are highly spiritual
Teachers,Leaders Motivators, Mentors, couches and groomers are from not from the forces of sexual pressure

This is a compound word that is made up two words which are Sexual and pressure. Taken and breaking down the words with logical explanation as follows Sexual is connected with the physical activity of sex. According to oxford advance learner dictionary 6th edition page 1080. We can’t talk about sexual pressure without emphases the word SEXUAL (key words) and sex (purpose of discussion).
Sex is physical activity between two people in which they touch each other’s sexual organs and which include sexual intercourse.Sexual Intercourse is the physical activity of sex usually describing the act of a man putting his penis inside a woman vagina
PRESSURE which is the second word in compound word Sexual Pressure is a force or weight with which something press against something else. Let me give this simple illustration. When you pull or push a four or two wheel device (Having small or big tyre fixed under or besides it) such devices can be car, bike, wheel chair or table. When you pull or push any of these devices it will definitely move from one point to the other .why? It’s because pressure was mounted on it.
Pressure can also be seen as an act of trying to persuade or to force somebody to do something. If Mr. Daniel (my boss)instructed me to do something he has put me under pressure no matter the tone he uses either command or request. You know why? From the moment I had the instruction my brain or thought or mind have being programmed to get something done so I start thinking about the possibility of getting it done. If people expected more from me but I think fallen short of their expectations then am already under pressure to deliver.
Therefore there are two force involved. The giver of pressure (Driving force) and the receiver of pressure (opposing force)
Having extensively define or explain the two key words SEXUAL Vs PRESSURE. Now the big question am yet to answer is WHAT IS SEXUAL PRESSURE
SEXUAL PRSSURE
Sexual Pressure is continuous compelling thoughts or forces to have sex. It can also be define as when one’s environment is highly sexual appealing
Going with the first definition .If the driving force is not continuous then it’s not pressure. So every form of sexual pressure start from the mind. The next stage is action (that is the one we recognises or know whereas 80% to 90% of sexual pressure had being processed in the mind which is the first stage) at this point you have gotten a victim or you are the victim.
If you demands for sex or dresses in a sexy way or exposes your sex organ or play sexual oriented films or music or moves in a seductive way or look in a seductive manner or displays sexual organs pictures or you displays sex enhancing devices or equipment .You are guilty of master minding or carry out sexual pressure.
Sexual Pressure had led so many to do negative things or actions just to ease themselves from the tension. Resignation from office or position (escape route from office lover) one of my colleagues in school have to stop her intention of being a departmental governor when she realises that the man who supposed to be her course adviser is making sexual advances to her. It was not funny at all, the very first day I took her to the lecturer just to introduce the intending class rep of the new intake. The man just stylishly send me away from his office.
*CAUSES OF SEXUAL PRESSURE*

If all we see always is sexual movies, sexy outfits, sex videos and pictures. If all we hear is sex oriented lyrics and wording it’s a matter of time we will practice what we have been hearing and seeing. Peer pressure is another factor.
I will say sexual pressure is very critical and it requires everybody's attention so as to find the lasting solution._ The desire to be loved. Guys use love to get sex and girls use sex to get love. Girls often give in to the lines and sexual advances of guys believing that they will receive love in return.```

Whether you are a male or female, Adult or adolescent. Sexual pressure becomes an issue, especially in this 21st century. As you try to fit in or try to belong, a lot of times you can feel pressured into engaging in behaviours that you're not comfortable with in order to go along with everyone else. Not everything you see, you need to direct your attention to. Sexual and peer pressures are not always negative, but it is important to keep in touch with yourself and your needs, as well as keep communication lines open._
In order to play save, you need to know who you are, what your values are and what you believe. Your friends are womanising, but you shouldn't have to change yourself for them, especially to fit in. If you are true to yourself, your friends will appreciate that. Sexual pressure is always tend to be a bad thing, if it affect you negatively. Sometimes, your thought can actually pressure you in a bad way, like to aim to commit adultery or fornication. So it is very important to know how to control your thought most time because this sexual pressure we are talking about is actually happen or start from the mind._

people now see it as an escape route from sexual pressure. Whenever they sight any sexual things and they are under pressure to have sex but couldn’t find anyone to do it with them. (Does not know that is physiologically and psychologically dangerous). They indulge in masturbation by filming the pornographic things and unrealistic imaginations they have encountered and stored in their mind and start making it look as though it's real.
Same-sex
sexual advances, People of the same gender having sex when the opposite sex is not available when they needed them the most for sexual pleasures. Having sex with animals just satisfy their sexual urge.```
Rape
another effect of sexual pressure, when people could not resist the pressure of having sex, it leads to lust and eventually resulting to forcefully having sex with any lady that comes around. It will be an unwanted pregnancy, rejection and so on for the victim. So it is advisable for ladies to dress normal and always look decent
SOLUTION TO SEXUAL PRESSURE GUARDING OUR MIND
Everything start from the mind as I said earlier, the problem we are having in the world today is the lack of development of the mind. We must be conscious of what we learn, stop watching porn videos, stop listening to or watching hip pop videos. This may sound hard but that is the truth. IF you want great results you must do great things, profit of a firms to some extends lies in the quality not quantity of their capital or investment. Same goes to us, we must make sure that our mind is not a dumping ground for sexual thoughts. What we hear or see makes up what our thoughts, what we think makes up our actions, our actions makes up our habits, our habits makes up our attitude, our attitude makes up our character and our character makes up who we are. Our reality is who we are. Sometime our imagination can our reality. According to physiologists we forms new habit doing the same things for 21 interrupted days. Do sex things for interrupted 21 days end up being a sex addict or run away negative life styles replacing them with good ones and becoming a better person, the choice is yours
AVOID SEXIST
Do away with anyone who demands sex from you often. There is no point being friend to them. In a long run you will fall to pressure to do it. And will become your reality_
EMOTIONAL INTELLEGENCE
_Always try as possible not to act under emotions. When you act under emotions you are senseless and the tendency of acting stupid is high. Emotions blocks our sense of reasoning just as sentiments does. The hug to have sex will always be there because we are in a highly sexualize world. Controlling the hug is left to us.
DEVINE INTERVENTION
God is our creator, he mold us and he know us When God takes control of our lives we won’t be led by homos (Biological secretions that controls our feelings and actions) We will be control by his spirit. The Christians calls it HOLY SPIRIT. No matter the religion we subscribe to, there is no religion in kingdom of God. So we should seek God and he will help us to have self-control
