"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute or an hour, a day or years, but eventually it will subside and something else will take it's place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever" --- Lance Armstrong
Few days ago I visited my high school after two years of graduation. As I was about to enter the school, I knew something was missing in me. What is that thing? It is "fear" .
The fear of teachers that can use cane to restore someone to "factory settings"
I entered one staff room, a place that has once housed my fear. I got there and I was welcomed with elation, we start doing things that we rarely do. We crack jokes and laugh like no tomorrow.
All the beatings from my teachers then was temporary which eventually subsided and something else took place. That "something else" that took place was our ebullience on sighting each other.
LESSON
What am trying, to hammer with my Epistle is, "Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Heroes go through trials, but don't suffer with with experience, their life becomes better, not bitter."
You as a being, you are God's nature, everything about you is perfect. Your hard time is not forever. It is for your perfection not your demolition. You trial should not be an excuse for your failure.
